Deposits and Reservations

To reserve a Boxer puppy, a deposit may be required. Deposits help us hold a specific puppy for a family and prevent the puppy from being offered to other potential buyers. Please note that reservation deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs and the time the puppy is held exclusively for you. However, deposits may be transferred to another available puppy if agreed upon within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the health and quality of our Boxer puppies. In the unlikely event that a puppy is found to have a serious health condition confirmed by a licensed veterinarian shortly after arrival, customers should contact us immediately. Documentation from a veterinarian may be required to review the situation.

If a verified health issue that existed prior to delivery is identified, we will work with the buyer to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement puppy of equal value or, in some cases, a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and agreement between both parties.

Returns

Because puppies form emotional bonds quickly and their wellbeing is extremely important, we do not encourage frequent transfers between homes. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from caring for your puppy, we ask that you contact Loyal Boxer Puppies directly. In many cases, we will help guide you through responsible rehoming options or discuss the possibility of returning the puppy to us.

Please note that returned puppies may not qualify for a refund, as the return process involves additional care, veterinary evaluation, and rehoming efforts.
